The Fintech Forum was organized by Latvijas Banka, in cooperation with the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia and the Investment and Tourism Agency of Riga.

Fintech Factor by Tenity
During the forum, a fintech start-up competition, Fintech Factor, was held and organized by Tenity, an international player in the innovation ecosystem.
On the forum stage, eight finalists pitched their business ideas, and the jury awarded prizes as follows:
- Sorainen award to Zeipt;
- WALLESS award to Sweephy;
- Tenity Golden Ticket + Latvian Business Angels Network Investment to Securities LAB.
Program and speakers
The forum was opened by Viktors Valainis, Minister of Economics; Mārtiņš Kazāks, Governor of Latvijas Banka; Fredis Bikovs, Director of the Investment and Tourism Agency of Riga; and Laura Štrovalde, Deputy Director at the Latvian Investment and Development Agency.
Iman van Lelyveld, Head of the Data Science Hub at De Nederlandsche Bank and Professor at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, delivered a keynote speech on artificial intelligence.
During the forum, three panel discussions were held with distinguished speakers.
